Our main focus is to maintain the integrity of the natural lash. To do this, we must choose appropriate lengths and thicknesses for each natural lash. It is physically possible to pick up and place a long, heavy lash extension on anyone's natural lash. If a particular client does not have a suitable long and healthy natural lash to support that extension, we run the risk of damaging the natural lashes and follicles will cease to produce healthy eyelashes moving forward. We will always give our professional recommendation for lengths and thicknesses during your consultation to help guide your styling choices.

Aftercare is also extremely crucial to protect your investment. Even if we do the most beautiful and clean application, it is up to you to care for your extensions properly in order to get the most wear out of them. Every client is provided with the instructions and tools to maintain their extensions.

Before your appointment

-Arrive with no eye makeup (we do have makeup remover and lash cleanser if needed)

-Don't wear moisturizer around the eye

-Don't drink caffeine (it will cause your eyes to flutter)

-Make your lash artist aware of any allergies or sensitivities that you may have.

-Be clear on what kind of look you are going for. Keep in mind you can change up your look with each appointment.

-The first thing to touch your lashes should be your lash cleanser! Your first cleanse should be the night of your appointment and every night thereafter. Do not wait 24 hours to get them wet. This is outdated information and proven to have a negative impact on retention.

.-Avoid oil based products.

-Cleanse your lashes EVERY day even if you're not wearing makeup.

-Avoid anti aging products for 24-48 hours before and after an appointment.

-Do not brush the lashes when wet.

-Do not pick at your extensions.

-Never wear waterproof makeup

-Avoid cream or gel based eye makeup.

-Wear extension safe liner and mascara if desired (ask your lash artist about this)
