To minimize our risks against COVID-10, please note the following:
Please wait in your car when you arrive to the salon. We will call you once the artist's
station is sanitized. We will not allow anyone to wait in the lobby.
All artists will have different shifts and be spaced over 6ft apart to allow
for social distancing. Artists wont share the double room at our Austin location, for example.
We will not allow additional guests to
accompany you to your lash appointment.
Minors who are receiving services can be accompanied by their parents.
Please wear a mask to your appointment. If you do not have one,
a disposable one will be provided for $2.
Lysol spray for your shoes and hand sanitizer will be available to you upon arrival.
We will now have a contactless check-out. process.
All appointments must have a card on file prior to the appointment. That card will be
charged after the service, or in the event of a no show, or late cancellation.
Cash payments will not be accepted.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please call the salon
(voicemails are acceptable) to cancel or reschedule appointments.
No show fee: 100% of the service, no exceptions
Late cancel fee: 50% of the service, no exceptions
New Client Fills:
If you are transferring to us from another salon and have extensions on currently, we are happy to work ontop of your current set as long as the extensions were applied correctly and are not damaging to your natural lashes. We cannot assess the quality of your extensions without seeing them in person. Therefore, please book "New Client Fill." This appointment is booked for 2 hours to leave time for an adequate consultation + a classic, mixed, or volume fill. This appointment is longer than a fill for a returning client to allow for this. You may need additional time if your lashes were not applied correctly from your previous lash salon. If additional time (more than 2 hours) is needed, your artist will discuss other options with you.
